The approval line
Agents can list, inspect, and draft. Sending, issuing, and charging stay human — enforced in the product, not in a policy doc.
About Quidbill
Quidbill is a small, focused billing product built on one conviction: agents can prepare invoicing end to end, but nothing should leave without a human.

Founder note
I wrote my first line of code at 9, started freelancing at 16, and entered AI in 2015 with TensorFlow. Today I lead AI Engineering at Atlax 360, building enterprise AI systems for fintech.
My career has taken me through BBVA, Santander, Bankinter, El Corte Ingles, and Decathlon, leading teams of 20+ engineers and architecting systems that handle millions of users. I have seen enterprise software at its best and worst.
Quidbill exists because my own agents could draft billing long before any invoicing tool would let them. Agent tooling grew up; billing software kept assuming a human types every line. So I built the missing piece: an invoice desk with an Agent API and MCP server, and one rule enforced in the product itself — agents draft, they never send.
Quidbill is for solo founders who let agents do the preparation and keep the final say. The approval line is the product.
My agents could already do the work. No billing tool would let them do it safely. So I built one.

Product principles
01
Agents can list, inspect, and draft. Sending, issuing, and charging stay human — enforced in the product, not in a policy doc.
02
Quidbill is a billing desk agents can operate. Not a finance department, not an accounting suite.
03
Three free invoices, exportable data, and direct founder support keep the promise measurable.
