By accessing or using Quidbill ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Important: Quidbill is currently available only to users in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. By using our Service, you confirm that you are located in one of these countries and are conducting business within these regions. Due to compliance requirements, Quidbill is not available in Spain or other European Union countries at this time.

2. Description of Service

Quidbill is a professional invoicing and payment solution designed specifically for freelancers. The Service includes invoice creation, client management, payment processing, and business analytics features.

3. Account Terms

  • You must be 18 years or older to use this Service
  • You must be a resident or business entity in the US, Canada, UK, or Australia
  • You must provide a valid address in one of our supported countries
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Payment Terms

Quidbill offers two subscription plans:

  • Monthly: $29/month (USD), billed monthly. Cancel anytime.
  • Annual: $290/year (USD), billed annually. Save 17%.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information about refunds.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Send fraudulent or misleading invoices
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data protection seriously and implement industry-standard security measures.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Quidbill and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quidbill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quidbill from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware.

14. Service Availability

Quidbill is currently available in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. Our features, including invoice formats and payment processing, are optimized for these regions. Due to regulatory compliance requirements, we are unable to offer our services in Spain or other European Union countries at this time. We hope to expand availability in the future.
