Refund Policy
Refunds for Quidbill subscriptions
Payments for Quidbill subscriptions are handled by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle's Refund Policy governs refunds, cancellations, and any statutory withdrawal rights for purchases made through Paddle.
Cancel a subscription
You can cancel at any time through the “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle confirmation email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so no further subscription payments are taken.
Request a refund
Use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle confirmation email, the refund option in your Paddle billing page, or Paddle's buyer support site to request a refund.
Refund timing and access
When Paddle approves an eligible refund, it is returned to the original payment method where possible. Access to the relevant Quidbill subscription ends when a refund is issued.
